SONIC THE HEDGEHOG is a live-action adventure comedy based on the global blockbuster videogame franchise from Sega that centers on the infamously brash bright blue hedgehog. The film follows the (mis)adventures of Sonic as he navigates the complexities of life on Earth with his newfound – human – best friend Tom Wachowski (James Marsden). Sonic and Tom join forces to try and stop the villainous Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey) from capturing Sonic and using his immense powers for world domination. The film also stars Tika Sumpter and Ben Schwartz as the voice of Sonic.

    This movie looks amazing yeah i know there redesigning sonic what ever but this movie looks fun this movie is probably is gonna be my second favorite video game side by wreck Ralph 1 i can’t wait to see sonic and Robotnik origin about how they became of the most iconic video game rivals side by Mario and bowser thank you Paramount for finally making a stand-alone sonic movie on the big screen yes i know there is already a sonic movie Jim carry playing as Eggman was good choice ben was perfect choice of sonic really hope they will show more sonic then just the humans i really hope this movie won’t bomb and i hope this movie will get maybe 4 sequel in my opinion because it doesn’t need to be milked dry like transformers because too me 4 sequels are enough i think it would be cool to see tails in the sequel and i love the idea of sonic being a alien and also i like that they use gangsters paradise in trailer it kinda fits sonic can’t wait to see this flim in February 14 2020 gotta go fast to February

    Why did those car lights turn off too? It isn’t running on a power grid it’s probably gas run, even if it was electric it isn’t plugged in :Edit: Actually maybe it sucked the power out of the car through the volts of electricity. Thanks to the one person that read this, oh wait no one did

    I don't care what anyone says, this is as bad as the cats trailer because it does not look like sonic. I'm still giving them a chance to redesign it, and I'm usually not nit picky about these things, but I'm sorry, the design was super unacceptable in any way you looked at it with any explanation you gave it. It looks like the Actor. They want to see sonics face not Ben Swarts face on a sonic body. Too uncanny. Sorry to be the voice of reason, But from an artist's perspective, I would assume any art director who knew what they were doing would of said no to this, but, here we are. A redesign and a February release. I'm supporting it, so, good luck.

    Anyone notice the woman at 1:59 2:04 and 2:07? She appears pretty often, and she's the only one who didn't walk away when Tom had a "child" in his bag. She's apparently a main character who's with Tom and Sonic and yet no context is given. Weird.

    Let's be honest people, even when they fix the design, will it save the movie? Not really.

    It's more easier to look on screen. But you still have Robotnik being different and corny, the human characters you don't care for, the dumb jokes and Gangster Paradise. It's basically gonna be a live action Sonic X movie. They might of respect fans of the look but not the rest of the film. It's still gonna blow either way.
